Venues
The Limatambo Ballroom is the hotel's largest venue, able to accommodate 2,000 guests in a theater setting, 1,200 for a seated for dinner, or 1,500 for a stand up reception. Its clean, contemporary design features a soothing terra cotta color scheme and 23-foot ceilings with no interior columns to obstruct presentations. A glass wall on the south side of the ballroom allows ample natural light and opens to a covered garden terrace.
The pre-function foyer of the Limatambo Ballroom welcomes more than 500 guests with a built in art deco-inspired circular bar and comfortable living room-style seating as well as access to the outdoor smoking terrace.
Cusco Junior Ballroom, our 369 square meter fourth-floor ballroom is perfect for events from banquets, conferences, weddings and receptions to grand conventions. With minimalist décor, 13-foot ceilings and abundant natural light it lends itself to any configuration.
Our third-floor covered Terrace may be used as a venue on its own. It is a favorite spot for coffee breaks, cocktails or exhibits and can accommodate up to 200 for a stand up reception or 150 seated.
The hotel offers 10 formal meeting rooms on our third and fourth floors for groups from six to 40. Pre-function areas on the fourth floor offer a private setting for coffee breaks for our Urubamba, Arequipa and Amazonas breakout rooms. Our meeting rooms easily accommodate a board meeting for 12 with a large table and leather chairs and built-in LCD screens as well as meetings of 40 in various seating arrangements. Each room has built in audio and visual equipment. The two boardrooms on the fourth floor and the smaller breakouts on the third floor have floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of Lima.

The hotel offers state-of-the-art audiovisual services including multimedia projection, flat screen TVs, microphones and built-in speakers. Guests have access to any and all types of equipment through our trusted in-house team of professionals and technical support team.
From break menus and cocktail parties to exquisite sit-down banquets, our catering team is at your service. Our in-house catering team offers international menus and Peruvian specialties as well as kosher, vegetarian, organic, ethnic, and Japanese options.
