Gym rats and fitness warriors will love the comprehensive array of treadmills, elliptical machines and stationary bikes mounted with LCD TVs and iPod docking stations (complimentary headphones available), weight machines, free weights, yoga mats, boxing stations and balance balls—where will you start? Team player? Join a group class where the hottest workouts get you in motion, from dancing and spinning to yoga and balance ball activities. Then stretch out in the Pilates studio where certified instructors whip you into shape, down to your very core. Or if you prefer the inspiration of customized workouts, our Whatever/Whenever® service will hook you up with a personal trainer, tough love optional.
