Guests have access to beach towels, comfortable lounge chairs, and umbrellas for relief from the days of endless sunshine.The resort's Aquatics Center offers equipment and lessons for all non-motorized water sports including paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, and fishing in any of the surrounding lakes. The Concierge is pleased to coordinate all arrangements for individuals or groups. While scuba diving is not available at the resort, arrangements guests may make arrangements through our concierge for dives in nearby locations.For the ultimate beachside indulgence, our Beach Front Cabana Rentals offer private cabanas featuring signature St. Regis service.Full and half day cabana rentals are available. Boating/Sailing

Boat House Kindly be advised, activities are available on the first come, first served basis. For guided nature tours 24 hr. reservations are recommended, as space is limited.A beautiful and relaxing area to enjoy nature's wonders. Activities include:Sailing, Paddle boarding, Catch and release fishing, Kayaking, Biking. Guided nature tours with our Marine Biologist on site.

Children's Play Area

Kids Club Hours is housed in a thoughtfully designed space that incorporates our beautiful natural surroundings, the Club is available for children ages 5-12. Its educationally based learning center includes video games and computers, as well as an "Art and crafts" room.

Fitness Center

Our light and airy Athletic Club offers the finest in TechnoGym equipment, including treadmills and ellipticals, upright and reclining bikes, as well as strength-training and core work areas with free weights. The facility also offers an adjacent yoga and pilates studio and personal training sessions.Our spa concierge will be delighted to arrange custom personal trainings, as well as yoga, pilates and meditation classes. Classes are offered in different parts of the resort depending on availability. All wellness services, from workouts to yoga and pilates, can be provided beach side.
