Little Nell Adventure shop gives you and your family the opportunity to experience the beauty of Aspen combined with the legendary service of our award-winning hotel. Our programs are entirely customizable to your ability level, outdoor experience and comfort in high altitudes, and will develop your passion for adventure and the outdoors.

Concierge

• Hotel Concierge: Our concierge desk is staffed 16 hours a day for assistance with restaurant reservations and suggestions, private area tours, special events, baby sitting arrangements, transportation, luggage unpacking, steaming and cleaning of clothes, custom shipping/gift purchasing, local spa arrangements , business needs, insider's hints on Aspen, altitude adjustment suggestions and medical referrals.
• Ski Concierge: The dedicated Ski Concierge team is located just steps from the Gondola and is ready to provide assistance for all of your skiing needs. The Ski Concierge team provides services such as slope side service to all hotel guests, boot warming, ski and snowboard storage, ski and snowboard tune-ups and repairs, equipment waxing, assistance with equipment rentals, 'First Tracks" program, inter mountain ski transfer to Buttermilk, Highlands, and Snowmass, morning beverages and snacks, lift ticket purchase, ski instructions arrangements, sun and lip protection and morning news.

Indulge your senses and treat your body to an array of spa and fitness services including state-of-the-art strength-training equipment, cardiovascular exercise machines, elegantly appointed changing rooms, and highly-qualified massage therapists skilled in a variety of relaxation techniques. 3 treatment rooms and in-room massages are available.
