Foodtruck "El Manglito"

A new gastronomic proposal on the beach. The new FOOD TRUCK comes with a varied and different menu that includes traditional Caribbean fritters, fresh catch of the day, as well as lighter meals such as variety of salads. This project was created to complement our gastronomic offer with light cuisine options and faster service.

Restaurant Bahía

Unique slow-cooking, cold and raw dishes such as salads, ceviche or crudos are fresh and light. Cooked dishes such grilled fish, charred beef, and roasted vegetables will have been prepared from our unique slow-cooking grill. Maximum capacity 112 people.

Restaurant Calablanca (All day dining)

Traditional Colombian & Mediterranean cuisine and select international market fare will be served at our buffet or à la carte. The menu is designed to introduce Colombian cuisine to foreign visitors. Our wood-burning pizza oven will be the restaurant’s center stage from which delicious pizzas and wood-oven specialties will be served. Maximum capacity 216 people.

Restaurant Humo (Specialty Dining)

This dinner-only robata grill concept draws its influences from Japanese, Chinese, Thai, French and Peruvian cuisines. Maximum capacity 64 people.
