Deluxe Beachfront Guestrooms

Cap Juluca's Deluxe Beachfront Rooms are approximately 750 sq. ft. (73.4 sq. meters) and offer fabulous ocean views. Each features a king size bed, covered terrace and a generous, ocean view bathroom with inviting tub, and separate marble shower. The Deluxe Beachfront Rooms are beautifully appointed with the feeling of a private residence, shared by up to only one other room on the same level. The patio overlooks beautifully landscaped grounds covered in rich flowers and greenery.

Beachfront Premium Guestrooms

Cap Juluca's Premium rooms are 790 sq. ft. (73.4 sq. meters) and have a king size bed, tubs with separate marbled showers, covered terrace and a fabulous ocean view. The Premium rooms also have either a solarium, a second private terrace on the roof or an ocean view from the bathroom. Every room at Cap Juluca has an ocean view and each Premium room is just steps to the white powdery sand with direct beach access. The Premium rooms are very spacious with their own seating areas to lounge and soak in the ocean view. The patio overlooks beautifully landscaped grounds covered in rich flowers and greenery. Each Premium room is beautifully appointed with the feeling of a private residence, shared by up to only two other rooms on the same level. The terrace for each Luxury room is private, unseen by neighboring guests.

Beachfront Junior Suites

Cap Juluca's Junior Suites are 1,110 sq. ft. (103 sq. meters) with a king size bed, the renowned double tubs and marble shower, covered terrace and a spectacular ocean view. Relax in the spacious seating area. Or if you insist on working, you will have plenty of space at your built-in desk. Every room at Cap Juluca has an ocean view and each and every Junior Suite is just steps to the white powdery sand with direct beach access. The Junior Suites are very spacious with their own seating areas to lounge and soak in the ocean view. The patio overlooks beautifully landscaped grounds covered in rich flowers and greenery. Each Junior Suite is beautifully appointed with the feeling of a private residence, shared by only up to two other rooms on the same level. The terrace for each Junior Suite is private, unseen by neighboring guests.

Beachfront One Bedroom Suite

Cap Juluca's One Bedroom Suites are 1,550 sq. ft. (144 sq. meters) or larger with adjoining rooms and 2 covered terraces with calming ocean views. The One Bedroom Suite has a single tub bathroom with a king size bed, solarium, marble shower, covered terrace and an ocean view. This suite, appointed like a private residence, also has a separate sitting room with an additional bathroom with marble shower and connecting doors to the bedroom, as well as an additional covered terrace.

One Bedroom Private Pool Suites

The One Bedroom Private Pool Suites give the feeling of a luxurious, private beachfront residence with approximately 2,500 sq. ft. (232 sq. meters) of living space. They have a master bedroom with a king size bed, tub and separate marble shower bathroom, a central large sitting room, full kitchen, a dining atrium, an ocean front dining terrace and a private, fresh water swimming pool. Relax and enjoy the privacy. The suite offers four additional adjoining rooms for larger accommodations.

Three Bedroom Private Pool Villa

Privacy, exclusivity and luxury are the coveted attributes of the Three Bedroom Private Pool Villas, which offer approximately 3,600 sq. ft. (334.5 sq. meters) of lavish living space. The master suite features a large living area, separate bedroom suite, luxurious double-tub bathroom with separate marble shower, an exotic dining area with domed ceiling and its own kitchen. A separate butler's entrance is off the kitchen. The top level of the villa is a One Bedroom Private Pool Suite and the ground level is two interconnecting Deluxe rooms with double tubs, marble showers, covered terraces with ocean views. The ground level Deluxe rooms both have private, external entrances, can connect to each other, and are not internally connected to the main suite.

Five Bedroom Private Pool Villas

Welcome to your palatial villa retreat. The Five Bedroom Private Pool Villa is a Three Bedroom Private Pool Suite on the top level adjoining through the pool area and 2 Deluxe rooms on the ground level that are interconnecting to each other with double tubs, marble showers, covered terraces with ocean views. The master suite features a large living area, separate bedroom suite, luxurious bathroom with separate bath tub and marble shower, an exotic dining area with domed ceiling and its own kitchen. A separate butler's entrance is off the kitchen. The ground level Deluxe rooms both have private, external entrances, can connect to each other, and are not internally connected to the main suite. Beachfront Jonquil Suite

The Jonquil suite is 3290 sq. ft. with two master bedrooms and spacious bathrooms with indoor and outdoor shower and Jacuzzi, private freshwater infinity pool on the ocean, a central spacious sitting room, full-service kitchen, oceanfront dining and covered terraces from both bedrooms, located on the ground floor.

Beachfront Two Bedroom Casita Suite

This new two bedroom beachfront villa is 2237 sq. ft. with a king in master suite and twin room connecting, two bathrooms with separate showers, solarium, spacious living room with dining room, covered patios and ground floor (single building) and magnificent breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean. (Can be sold separately as a one bedroom casita suite and one deluxe twin room).
