Day 1: Adelaide; Arrival in Adelaide
On arrival at Adelaide Airport, meet your driver in the arrivals hall for your private transfer to your accommodation. The remainder of the day is free to explore Adelaide at leisure.
Day 2: Adelaide; Barossa Valley Private Wine Tour

Day 3: Cygnet River; Kangaroo Island (B,L,D)
This morning, transfer to Adelaide Airport for your flight to Kingscote. On arrival, enjoy a full day of private touring with your driver/guide to see the sights of the island before enjoying an overnight stay.
Day 4: Cygnet River; Kangaroo Island (B,L,D)
Enjoy homemade treats before a walk beneath towering eucalyptus trees, spotting koalas overhead and listening to the sounds of the Australian bush. Travel through Kangaroo Island’s fertile countryside to the north coast, where your guide will help you discover native wildlife, unique plants, animal tracks, and rare species found only on the island.,Pause for a bush-camp lunch featuring fresh King George whiting, salads, and South Australian wines. Then visit Seal Bay Conservation Park for a guided beach walk among Australian sea lions, where you may see pups playing in the surf and massive bulls resting on the sand.
Day 5: Adelaide; Kangaroo Island - Adelaide (B)
After breakfast, transfer to Kingscote Airport for your flight to Adelaide. On arrival in Adelaide, you will transfer to your accommodation for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Adelaide; Great Southern Rail - Depart Adelaide (B,L,D)
After breakfast transfer to Adelaide Keswick Station to board the Great Southern to commence your journey to Brisbane.,Your east coast journey begins as the Great Southern departs Adelaide on its gourmet adventure. Settle into your cabin, enjoy morning tea, and take in the passing scenery over a leisurely lunch. In the afternoon, arrive in regional Victoria for your first Off Train Experience in the Grampians. Choose a guided coach tour through Halls Gap, a scenic walk to Venus Baths, or wine tasting at local vineyards like Pomonal Estate or Fallen Giants. Return aboard for a delicious dinner as the train continues its journey up the coast.
Day 7: Adelaide; Great Southern Rail (B,L,D)
After breakfast on board, today is yours to explore Australia’s political capital, Canberra. Enjoy a coach ride to Canberra City Centre to experience a memorable lunch at Old Parliament House before an afternoon of insightful guided tours at your pick of iconic institutions, whether it’s the National War Memorial, Parliament House or the National Portrait Gallery.,As afternoon turns to evening, return to the train in time for another gourmet dinner on board. After dinner, retire to the lounge for a nightcap with your fellow travelers as the Great Southern rolls north.
Day 8: Brisbane; Arrive Brisbane (B,L)
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on board before choosing your Off Train Experience in Coffs Harbour. The Coffs Explorer takes you to Sealy Lookout for sweeping views from the Forest Sky Pier, followed by a visit to the lush North Coast Regional Botanic Garden and vibrant Sunday Markets. Alternatively, join a local Indigenous guide for a walk along the Urunga Boardwalk, spotting native wildlife and learning about Gumbaynggirr culture, complete with a bush tucker tasting and traditional tools demonstration. For a breathtaking perspective, opt for an optional helicopter flight over the Great Dividing Range and scenic coastline.,After your Coffs Harbour morning, indulge in a final lunch on board before arriving in to Brisbane, completing your coastal train journey.,On arrival, transfer to your accommodation for a 4 night stay.
Day 9: Brisbane; Be an Aussie for a Day - Australia Zoo (B)
Get totally wild on an Australia Zoo adventure, enjoying numerous live wildlife shows that will leave you saying ‘you beauty’, including Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors, within the purpose-built Crocoseum. Immerse yourself in all the animal action from giant snakes to the famous crocodiles that keep putting this animal sanctuary on the map. Continue to the picturesque Mooloolaba Beach, one of Queensland’s best, for some rest and relaxation. After a refreshing dip, enjoy fresh local prawns and a frosty beer at the Mooloolaba Surf Club before returning to Brisbane.
Day 10: Brisbane; Lady Elliot Island Day Tour
Enjoy an early morning transfer to Redcliffe Airport for a scenic flight to the coral cay of Lady Elliot Island. Lady Elliot is regarded as one of the best snorkeling and diving locations on the reef, famous for its unspoilt coral reef and an amazing array of marine life! Upon arrival on Lady Elliot Island, the guide will take you on a brief orientation tour of the island and will escort you to the Day Guest facilities to collect your snorkel equipment.,You will then join a glass-bottom boat & guided snorkel tour to view a large variety of coral and brilliantly colored fish, with the possibility to encounter turtles, dolphins and the resident manta rays. A hot and cold buffet lunch is served in the Beachfront Dining Room and includes a choice of wine, beer and soft drink. After lunch, join your guide for fish feeding in the Fish Pond and at 2.30 pm depart on a scenic flight back to Redcliffe. The tour concludes at approximately 4.15 pm with a return transfer back to your hotel. A light breakfast and afternoon tea (water & biscuit) are served in-flight.
Day 11: Brisbane; Brisbane at Leisure (B)
Enjoy a free day exploring Brisbane at leisure, catch up on some shopping or relax and enjoy the facilities at The Emporium South Bank.
Day 12: Brisbane; Depart Brisbane (B)
After breakfast, transfer to Brisbane International Airport for your onward flight arrangements.
