Day 2: Half Day Oktoberfest Experience (Lunch)The famous Oktoberfest celebration is one of the most anticipated events of the year in Germany and across the world. Get a healthy dose of Bavarian history and culture while sampling delicious beers alongside great food in a carnival style atmosphere! Your private guide will pick you up from the hotel lobby and proceed to the legendary Oktoberfest grounds. As you make your way to your reserved table, you will get to see the different stalls featuring a range of food and beer, the bustling amusement park, and will also learn about the history of this wonderful festival. Once you reach your reserved seats in one of the biggest and liveliest tents at Oktoberfest, lunch will be served. This occurs between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm and includes two liters of beer and half of a roasted chicken with a side dish. Afterward, your guide will leave you to enjoy the legendary Munich experience where you will acquire a love for beer, make new friends and end the tour with memories for life.
Day 3: Full Day Trip to Royal Castles Neuschwanstein and Linderhof TourEmbark on a journey to the magnificent castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. Enjoy a delicious lunch in Hohenschwangau (not included) and take a small detour through the picturesque town of Oberammergau.
Settle into an air-conditioned bus and discover the castles of Bavaria. First, visit the fairytale Linderhof Palace, the only palace that Ludwig II was able to experience for himself. Explore the castle and its grounds with your guide. Then tour on to the picturesque town of Oberammergau for great photos and a round of shopping.
Your next destination is Hohenschwangau Castle, where Ludwig spent his childhood. Here you can refuel with lunch (not included) before continuing to the legendary Neuschwanstein Castle in the foothills of the Alps. Admire 3 of the most spectacular sights in all of Germany and immerse yourself in the fairytale world of Ludwig II for the afternoon.
Day 4: Half Day to Dachau - Memorial SiteTake a 5-hour guided tour of the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site, a place of remembrance and enlightenment. The visit can be challenging, but also a deeply moving and impressive experience.
Your professional guide, trained and authorized by the memorial itself, will organize the entire tour and accompany you on the round-trip bus and train journey to and from Munich. Get an extensive guided tour of the entire site, including all the original structures that have been preserved, the museum's exhibition center, and the cinema where you can watch English-language documentaries. The guides have been specially trained to pass on the disturbing events with a high degree of sensitivity.
Day 5: Depart from MunichTransfer: Munich - City Centre to Munich Central Station

Munich offers museums, art galleries, concert halls and historical buildings, beergarden athmosphere on a warm summer night and the hottest dance hall scene in Germany. The area around Munich has mountains, lakes, fairy-tale-castles, wintersport centers and treasures like the monastery-and-brewery of Andechs. Among "must-sees" in Munich, are a walk on the high-level-shopping mile of Maximilianstrasse, a visit of Monopterus building and the "Chinesischer Turm" beergarden on a warm summer day, a match of two main local soccer clubs in Olympic stadium, a visit to "Deutsche Museum", a beer in the students' pubs, and an afternight breakfast in the cafe "Schmalznudel" at Viktualienmarkt. For history, go to a museum, visit the castle of Nymphenburg or get confronted with the dark side of German history in Dachau concentration camp memorial site.
