Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Copenhagen

Arrival to Copenhagen airport. Private Sedan Transfer pick up at the Copenhagen airport/ Drop off at the hotel in Copenhagen. Check-in at your hotel (guaranteed from 3pm).


The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Copenhagen Admiral or similar in Copenhagen.

Set in a heritage-listed 1780s building, this waterfront hotel is next to Amalienborg Royal Palace and opposite Copenhagen Opera House. It offers a gourmet restaurant plus in-room tea/coffee facilities and flat-screen TVs.


Within 5 minutes' walk is Nyhavn, where Copenhagen Harbour's water buses stop. Kongens Nytorv Metro Station is a similar distance from Copenhagen Admiral Hotel. Stroget shopping street is less than a 10 minutes' walk away.




Day 2: Culinary Experience Tour and The Grand Canal Tour

On this culinary experience tour, you dip into the trendy food and restaurant scene of the Danish capital on this 4-hour Copenhagen food and walking tour. With a guide, learn about the city's burgeoning reputation for fresh, light and seasonal cuisine with natural products. Seek out the locals' favorite eateries and markets. Taste gourmet cheeses, local open rye bread sandwiches, organic hot dogs, delicious craft beers and organic gourmet chocolate - depending on the season. The food served on each tour constitutes one full meal. We thus advise guests to come hungry when joining their tour.


4:30pm - The Grand Canal Tour (Day ticket)

A guided tour around the harbor and through the idyllic canals where your guide will tell you about the beautiful churches, castles, old listed houses, new buildings and all other sights of interest of Copenhagen. The classic harbor tour departs from Gammel Strand and passes some of Copenhagen best sights and attractions. The tour is with a live guide in Danish and English - some departures have a third language which varies between German, Italian, French, Portuguese or Spanish.


Afternoon and Evening at leisure. Overnight in Copenhagen Admiral or similar.

Day 3: Danish Baking Class and time to explore the famous Tivoli Gardens

10am - Danish Baking Class (3.5 Hours)

Learn some of the essential skills to create traditional baked goods - Danish Rye Bread, perfect Sourdough Buns and delicious cinnamon swirls and tea buns. Participants will create four very different types of dough, learning everything there is to know for mixing, kneading, proving and shaping each one. By the end you will have new skills and all the methods for creating perfect breads and pastries, so you can recreate a taste of Denmark at home. Once finished baking, guest will sit together in our lovely dining room to enjoy a true Danish Breakfast with all your freshly baked goodies, tasty toppings served with fresh juice, tea, coffee. Don't miss the chance to admire the famous Tivoli Gardens in the heart of the city.


In the afternoon, enjoy a delightful Danish tea and light snacks in Nimb Bar at Tivoli Gardens. Afternoon Tea is served at 12pm, 1:30pm and 2:30pm every day except for some select Sundays. (Entrance to Nimb Bar does not require admission to Tivoli)
