Meet Alicia (Puppy)
A warm and dynamic Nassau local, Alicia - better known as Puppy - discovered her passion for mixology while putting herself through school. What started as a job quickly became a craft, as she built connections with guests who trusted her to create unique, personalized cocktails based on their favorite spirits. Driven by her love for entertaining and crafting unforgettable experiences, Puppy founded her own entertainment company, with a key focus on a fully equipped mobile bar that brings high-quality mixology to events across the island. Specializing in craft cocktails and mocktails, she and her colleague Julie blend creativity with local flavors to deliver a one-of-a-kind beverage experience. You will be hosted by either Julie or Puppy for your mixology class in Nassau!

Cooking experience: (4-12 guests) MIXOLOGY CLASS:
Meet your expert mixologist at her mobile bar truck on Paradise Island for a 1.5-hour, small group mixology class in Nassau. Learn about the rich history of the Bahamas, its deep-rooted rum traditions, and how local ingredients like passionfruit, tamarind, and goat pepper-infused simple syrup elevate the flavors of your cocktails. Your host will introduce you to bartending tools and techniques, teaching you how to build balanced cocktails and pair spirits with mixers. Then, shake and craft three signature cocktails from scratch, mastering the art of mixology. Enjoy your drinks alongside local snacks like crispy conch fritters and pretzel burgers filled with chicken parmesan or Jack Daniels-marinated beef. Your host offers flexible timing, with sessions available between 11 AM – 7 PM, Mondays to Wednesdays. If the default 11 AM or 5 PM time slots don’t work for you, feel free to arrange a custom time with your host after booking.
