Day 1: Arrive in Cape Town

Day 2: Half Day Cape Town City TourThis morning, you will be picked up from your hotel for a half-day Cape Town City tour. No visit to Cape Town is complete without a tour of the "Mother City". Sense the depth of history as you drive past Parliament Buildings, City Hall, and the Slave Lodge before stopping for a short visit to the Castle of Good Hope (optional), originally built as a maritime replenishment station and now the oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa! Alternatively, we walk around the Grand Parade square, which has its own historical significance.
We hear of the brief history of District Six en route to a visit to the Company Gardens, where we walk through the landscaped gardens. Learn more about the history of the Bo-Kaap and its people as we move up the cobblestoned hills to the Malay Quarter, and marvel at the ice-cream colours of the quaint Bo-Kaap homes.
Follow the journey of a professional diamond cutter with a visit to a diamond cutting factory. After learning more about the history of diamonds and gold in South Africa, we drive past the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium, Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay as we make our way to Table Mountain, where you have the option of either admiring the views from the lower cable station or purchasing a ticket (for your own account) to reach the summit.
After delighting in this photo opportunity, return to your hotel, or enjoy additional time on the mountain before making your own way back at your leisure.
Day 3: Full Day Cape Peninsula TourThis morning you will be collected from your hotel. You drive along the exquisite stretch of coastline known as Millionaire's Paradise - from Clifton to Camps Bay, to the exclusive beach hamlet of Llandudno - towards the charming working harbour of Hout Bay. Wind along the legendary Chapman's Peak Drive, hugging the cliffs and relishing the breath-taking ocean views, before visiting the wild and beautiful Cape of Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park, an integral part of the world-renowned Cape Floral Kingdom.
After lunch (own account), you meander along the coast and end your day at the penguin colony at Boulder's Beach, where you get to watch these entertaining, waddling characters before returning to Cape Town late this afternoon.

Day 8: Victoria Falls SightseeingNo surprise why Victoria Falls is one of the seven Natural Wonders of the World! You'll understand it instantly as you tour the Zimbabwean side, for there are numerous spectacular vantage points along the width of the Falls, and the sight of this astounding gift of nature, simply takes your breath away. Walk through the permanent, beautifully misty rain forest which flanks the Falls, stopping to marvel at the principal sites as it cascades to the depths below: the Main Falls, Horseshoe Falls, Rainbow Falls, the Boiling Pot, Cataract Island and Livingstone Island. We'll stand and watch, feel and listen to the spray and thunderous noise, as millions of litres of water tumble over the Falls into a series of narrow gorges below. The seventh Natural Wonder of the World puts on the most dramatic show for you, and you'll be privileged to have watched it.It is perched 120m above the turbulent rapids of the Zambezi River, overhanging a giant chasm of the Batoka Gorge, just down from the iconic Victoria Falls Bridge which forms part of it's spectacular backdrop. Day 9: Chobe National Park SafariThis sensational full-day safari combines both water- and land-based game viewing in one unforgettable experience.
You will be collected from your accommodation and transferred to the Kazungula border, where you will meet your Botswana guide before continuing to the Chobe River. Enjoy a relaxing morning cruise along this wildlife-rich waterway, with excellent opportunities to spot elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of birdlife. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are served on board as you take in the scenery.
Flowing through the heart of Chobe National Park, the river provides a vital lifeline for the region's abundant wildlife, offering superb photographic and viewing opportunities from the comfort of your boat.
The cruise concludes around 12:30, followed by lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge overlooking the river. After lunch, depart on an afternoon game drive through Chobe National Park, where you may encounter large herds of elephants, buffalo, and a variety of plains game and predators.
Return to Victoria Falls in the early evening, arriving back at your accommodation at approximately 18:30.
