The Presidential Suite

3000 square feet

The Presidential Suite has a living area that features elegant furnishings, fireplace and a flat-screen plasma television and enjoys sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. French doors connect the room to a 189 sq. ft. balcony furnished with chaise lounge chairs. The adjacent powder room includes a large marble-tiled foyer. Also included is a formal study with a large-scale writing desk and volumes of antique books along with high-speed internet access. The dining room is richly appointed with fine woven fabric wall panels and is also capable of seating twelve for dinner.

The bedroom inside the Presidential Suite features a custom four-poster king bed, sitting area, entertainment center with television, sound system and is separated from the living area by a set of French doors that open to a 40 sq. ft. balcony which overlooks the ocean and grand lawn below.

Adjacent dressing area features two walk-in closets with a dressing table. The bathroom features two separate marble topped vanities, a large garden tub with jets, large separate shower with multiple showerheads, and a separate water closet. This suite can connect to a guestroom containing two queen beds.

Governor's Suite

1528 square feet

Walk into a grand entrance foyer featuring a marble floor and adjacent powder room. Relax in a spacious living room with an elegant seating area, flat-screen plasma television and wet bar.

Both living and dining areas are connected to a 177 square-foot balcony where one can view the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, Turtle Point Golf Course and Kiawah’s private pristine beach.

The main bathroom is separated from the bedroom by French doors and features separate marble-topped vanities, an enclosed water closet, a separate shower with a rain shower showerhead, and deep Jacuzzi tub. The suite can connect to a guestroom containing two queen beds and bathroom, allowing six to sleep comfortably.

Charleston Suite

1515 square feet

This suite has sweeping entrance foyer featuring marble floors, a powder room and a wet bar. Spacious dining area furnished with antique credenzas and table that seats six people.

Pocket doors separate the bedroom from the living area. The bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, a flat-screen plasma television, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom and garden Jacuzzi.

Bathroom also features dual vanities, enclosed water closet and shower and rainshower showerhead. Suite connects to a guestroom with a king sized bed.

The Ocean Front Suite

1240 square feet

The Ocean Front Suite consists of a spacious marble foyer with wet bar and adjacent powder room.

The main bathroom is separated from the bedroom by French doors, and features separate marble-topped vanities, and enclosed water closet, a separate shower with rainshower showerhead, and a deep Jacuzzi tub.

Club level accommodations at The Sanctuary offer guests the highest level of luxury and service available at the resort. A private concierge stands ready to assist with dining, spa, transportation, tour or any other arrangements you may need during your stay.

The Club Lounge offers a spacious and relaxing retreat for guests to enjoy continental breakfast, a mid-day snack, cocktails and hors d oeuvres, and evening cordials and chocolates. The Club Lounge is restricted to registered Club guests only.

The beach concierge is pleased to arrange for beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The Loggerhead Grill provides food and beverage service for guests on the beach, as well as those at the outdoor pools.

Fitness Center

The Sanctuary's Fitness Center is open from 6am - 8:30pm daily, and offers a variety of cardiovascular and weight-training equipment. The fitness center also offers personal training, which can be used to enhance your regular workout or maintain your fitness levels throughout your visit.

The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort Discover gourmet ice cream and frozen yogurt made in a variety of flavors, just steps from the beach and pool area. Selections also include candies, pralines and sweets for all ages. 

Jasmine Porch

Walls of authentic Charleston brick, oak-plank floors and windows that overlook the ocean create the ideal setting for traditional Lowcountry cuisine composed of fresh native ingredients with a nod to seafood. An ultimately relaxing and casual dining experience served with warmth and cheer. Dine on the terrace and breathe in the ocean air while enjoying chef’s specialties.

Jasmine Porch features the island’s grand buffet breakfast, which includes made-to-order omelets, hot breakfast specialties, fresh pastries, fruits and cereals. Every Sunday, islanders gather for our popular Jazz Buffet Brunch highlighted by delicious food and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Serving lunch and dinner. Located only a few yards away from Kiawah’s pristine beach. Families and adults can enjoy two oceanfront pools, with music and poolside or beachside services. 

Signature Gourmet Coffee Shop

The Sanctuary is pleased to present the newest addition to our dining collection, Signature Gourmet Coffee Shop. Open daily, guests will find a gourmet coffee selection as well as fresh pastries from our nationally recognized Executive Pastry Chef, hot and cold breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and an assortment of grab-and-go breakfast options.

Reminiscent of a favorite corner coffee shop, dining options include carry-out or dine-in at counter seats equipped with outlets to charge laptops and hand-held devices. A carefully curated retail selection of sundries and retail items are also available for purchase.
