In collaboration with renowned Buddhist monk Geshe Yong Dong (Geshe La), Amangiri invites guests to embark on an exclusive retreat exploring the notion of longevity through connection with the natural elements.

Rooted in ancient Tibetan Bon tradition, practices integrate Tibetan Magic Movement, breathwork, mantra, chanting and mindfulness meditation to harmonize with the outer elements - space, air, fire, water and earth.

With most group sessions held outside, surrounded by Amangiri’s untouched desert scenery, guests will feel the transformative power of reconnecting to Nature’s own dynamics over the course of this three-night program.
