Cannot say enough good things about this Cruise and Cruise line. This was our first experience with Silver Sea and it will not be our last. From the Staff, the meals, the service, to the beautiful ship and staterooms, it is in a league of its own. If you want to feel like Royalty, then book with Silver Sea!
Silversea. Silver Moon

Amazing trip on the Silver Moon
February
Pros: Easy on and off the ship! Easy to get around ship and not too busy
Cons: Need more pool chairs
Recommended: Yes
Had an enjoyable trip on the Silver Moon. Friendly staff, clean and good food. The ship is not too big and not too small.
Barcelona to Venace
September
Pros: First Class
Cons: To short

Silversea has been the finest cruse line we have traveled on for years. The strength of the platform are the crews. It is great to get back on the ships and see crew members that we have known for years. Please continue to invest in your people.
Big shout out to: Erwin, Octa (the best waiter), Miguel, Manuel (sommelier) and Prosper our team for dinner in the restaurant.
Two areas I would look into:
I would look at refocusing the dress code back to where it was in the dining room. There is to big of a gap between some peoples casual and others elegance?
I would move the dining hour, in the main restaurant, back from 6PM to 7PM for several reasons. 1. People get back from late tours and only have an hour to prep to dine. 2. People like to have happy hour and listen to the music prior to diner. 3. The captain schedules all the functions in the theater at 6pm that last at least 45min.. There is no one in the main dining room between 6 and 7 and then they get slammed between 7 and 7:30. This does two things. It hurts the service and puts enormous pressure on the kitchen to put out great product because to restaurant closes at 8:30. Remember the kitchen is cooking for three restaurants. My opinion.
Reykjavik to Reykjavik
July
Pros: it is on an ultra luxury ship
Cons: none

what more could I say than my husband and I have liked this cruise line so much that we have sailed more than 400 nights on Silversea.
Nice way to travel
June
Pros: Top Tier Ship with first class accommodations and excellent service
Cons: Food had some misses at dinner but overall excellent
Recommended: Yes
Enjoyable cruise with super service. Size of ship made it possible to get to ports that larger ship could not. Tours were included and well done with a variety to choose from.
Silver Moon - Dec 2022
December
Pros: Sevice, food,
Cons: Entertainment, shore ecursions
Recommended: No
The lounges were great and were always partially empty. The staff for all the lounges and dining venues were excellent. The staff for the tour desk was excellent. Other staff members seemed like they might be new. All were very friendly and were trying hard to please. There were only a few, where I felt it might be a language problem.
The cabins were spacious and well planned out. Loved the walk in closet and the spacious bathrooms.
The food was excellent with multiple dining options. I especially loved La Dame and felt was outstanding in service and food. Probably one of the best dining experience I've had anywhere!
The staff was also very accommodating with getting and changing dinner reservations.
Silversea Silver Moon: A luxury sea day intensive experience
October
Pros: Guest to crew ratio seems to be almost 1:1 as service is amazing
Cons: Internet needs work to connect to VPN
Recommended: No
Cruisers who enjoy days at sea will love this 13 day itinerary. There is time to enjoy relaxation and activities and many dining venues aboard the Silver Moon featuring incredible service.
I enjoyed the 4 speakers and their varied lecture topics. My favorite was a former High Court Judge from England who discussed how circumstantial evidence can convict a murderer.
I enjoyed the S.A.L.T dining experience. This stands for Sea and Land Taste and features local dishes from the various ports on our journey.
The spa offers many treatments from which to choose. I enjoyed a facial.
I also enjoyed the many fitness classes. (Yoga and stretch class).
I enjoyed time to relax, read, spend quality time with my husband and meet new people.
The icing on the cake is the butler service every passenger enjoys.
Edmundo took care of our every need including offering to pack and unpack our bags.
I found the Silver Moon crew and passengers to be one big happy family.
I highly recommend this sailing for anyone who truly loves time on board a luxury ship.
We Really Liked This Ship
October
Pros: Silver Note was awesome. Great vide and we loved the jazz duo. The rest of the ship's entertainment should have been at this level. We loved the Salt Kitchen and Bar. We would have liked to done the SALT lab but the timing was never right.
Cons: The entertainment was not very good. We only saw one show, but that was enough to know we were not going to enjoy the other shows. The directions to the shuttle to Valencia was a disaster. They needed 1-2 more people to help navigate off the ship to the shuttle.

It took me a little while to figure out what the parameters of the Butler's job was. Once I figured that out, I enjoyed having a butler around. He even set up a special surprise of balloons, cake and champagne in our cabin for our anniversary.
The cabin size was great. Having a walk in closet was super.
SALT dining and the bar were great, as was all the dining.
Spain
October
Pros: Beautiful ship, excellent service, good food
Cons: Fees charged for some specialty restaurants
Recommended: Yes
The cruise line was excellent. Next time I will find a cruise with a little more down time. We didn't have any sea days (always sailed at night), so it was one port after another. I enjoyed it all but could have used a little more time for relaxing.
Silversea Silver Moon - 12NT Northern Europe Cruise: Reykjavik to Copenhagen
June
Pros: 6-star service
Cons: Still struggling with Covid supply issues and short staffing
Recommended: No
Silversea knows luxury - no question. The food was very good, and we enjoyed our turn in the S.A.L.T. lab on the Silver Moon. The SALT Bar with regionally inspired cocktails is not to be missed. The bartenders are passionate about creating new cocktails using local ingredients and spirits. We enjoyed full-service breakfast in our suite each day and gourmet food throughout the other dining venues.
The musicians were fabulous. The included excursions were for the most part very good with a variety from scenic beauty (the fjords) to culture (a behind the scenes tour of the Oslo Opera House).
The ship is beautiful, and our Classic Veranda was spacious with more storage than we needed. Our fridge was stocked with our favorite beverages, and we took our butlers up on the offer to unpack our suitcases - pure luxury!
The Most amazing cruise
May
Pros: Service, food, suites
Cons: The mis information about exiting the ship for travel and covid
Recommended: Yes
This ship and their staff was beyond 10 star. I wish the whole country could treat people the way the staff treated us for 14 days. The food and wine was outstanding. The suite was perfect and so was our very own Butler. Our assistant kept our cabin spotless 4 times a day. Loved Silver Seas the ship.
Portugal to Southampton
May
Pros: Lovely ship with beautiful public places which have plenty of space. Staff is well trained and very courteous, within a day they all seemed to know us and called us by name.
Cons: The sitting and sleeping area in the suites were very nice! However their walk-in closet was quite small in the standard veranda rooms. The bathroom shower was tiny!
Recommended: Yes
We enjoyed this trip as it was a beautiful area and the ports were quite interesting and beautiful to see! I would recommend this to all.
Thanksgiving cruise 2021
November
Pros: Guest to crew ratio seems to be almost 1:1 as service is amazing
Cons: Internet needs work to connect to VPN

The Silver Moon is a beautiful new ship.
The crew is outstanding. The butlers are available to cater to your every need.
The panorama suite was spacious and well appointed.
The public rooms are elegant and offer a feeling of luxury.
The cruise director Vicki van Tassel is very entertaining. She has an unusual sense of humor and kept us laughing the entire cruise.
The food is wonderful with many venues from which to choose. S.A.L.T the new Sea and Land taste kitchen is a must for foodies. The S.A.L.T bar creates many craft cocktails ( with and without alcohol which I appreciated). Foodies will appreciate the cooking classes and demonstrations offered.
I really enjoyed Spaccanapoli with authentic pizza from Naples.
The Voices of Silversea are a wonderful group of entertainers. The shows range from Opera to Motown. This group also facilitates activities around the ship. I loved the afternoon dance classes.
The Silver Note offers dining with a show. This supper club experience will be sure to delight.
The Zagara Spa was enjoyable. I received a combination 50 minute massage and 50 minute facial. It was very relaxing and exactly what I needed.
This cruise had only 2 ports. Arrecife and Las Palmas in the Canary Islands.
The Twizzy electric car experience in Arrecife was a highlight. This concept car was so fun to drive.
Las Palmas offered many options for the physically fit. We took the complimentary shuttle into town to shop.
The Silver Moon is a luxury experience beyond compare and is highly recommended.
