Azamara Pursuit - 10 Night Greece Intensive Voyage
August
Pros: The service was great. We had a cabin that provided a butler (Osvy) and he was great. The ship was just the right size. The food was fantastic - a feast for each meal. Everything was well run. It was really just a great trip.
Cons: The ship is showing its age, but Azamara does a good job with keeping up with maintenance. The spa was a little disappointing. The facilites were a little run down - soap dispenser not working in the shower, lockers hard to open, floor could have been cleaner.
Recommended: Yes
Overall, a fantastic trip. I would not hesitate traveling on with Azamara or on this ship again.
Good times
March
Pros: Excellent service from staff. Great buffet food
Cons: Dinner at Discovery restaurant took a long time.
Recommended: Yes
Everything was smooth. Service was great. Excursions were well planned and guides were above average.
Hilga, my room attendant was really good. Cheerful, helpful and kind.
I'm an early to bed person so I can't speak to the evening entertainment.
New Zealand and Australia
February
Pros: Great food and service on the ship
Cons: Too many days at sea
Recommended: No
As always Azamara provided excellent food and service. For this trip I felt there were too many days at sea. Also I found several of my excursions to be disappointing-the guides talked too much, and in the case of the bus tours we were on the bus too long.
It is the best!
January
Pros: Small ship so u get to know people, great food, excellent crew, wonderful entertainment, great speakers, art lessons, and time to workout or meet people to play bridge or mahjong.
Cons: Cabins are a bit small but very comfortable
Recommended: Yes
I would take all of my future cruises on azamara! I felt like I was so well taken care of. Loved “White Night” towards the end of the cruise. Everyone wears white and there is barbecue and dancing on deck. Crew parades around holding the flag of the county they are from. Crew came from 40 countries!

Pros: Smaller ship. Great staff. Good entertainment
Cons: No complaints

Attendant Ukiss and Butler Osvy were very friendly and did an exceptional job. There were many other staff which I would like to commend but sadly I can not remember most of their names other than Fernando in guest relations.
Azamara Pursuit Sailing Experience
August
Pros: Great itineraries, lots of time in port
Cons: Food, Wifi Connectivity, Inconsistent Staff
Recommended: No
The Azamara Pursuit experience is great for those who are transitioning into small ship sailing. The ship is easy to navigate and guests will enjoy the more intimate connection. I do think there are opportunities for improvement with the food, wifi connection, and overall consistency of service from the staff. The itineraries are spectacular and I do love that Azamara is often the last ship in port (they have later departure times). The White Night and Azamazing evening are nice additions.
Iceland and Norway Intensive - Summer 2023 - Azamara Pursuit
August
Pros: Fabulous Itinerary
Cons: We had 1 day of rain. Boo Hoo!

Alice and I have many days on cruise ships. This cruise experience was the best. The crew treated all passengers as family and went out of their way to make us feel special. They quickly learned our preferences and anticipated our needs.
The food, entertainment, activities, and accommodations were excellent. Captain Antonio kept us informed daily on details of our route and ports. He was also available at lectures and entertainment.
We happily give Azamara high marks.

My cruise on Azamara more than made up for any past web site issues the company had. The staff was outstanding. Guest Services were extremely accommodating. The excursion team made sure I was able to find something which interested me. I have no complaints.

Croatians Delights on Smaller Ship
October
Pros: Crew, Common Area, Comfortable Beds
Cons: Wifi, Lack of local cuisine
Recommended: No
The Azamara Pursuit is a great ship for visiting more unique destinations in Europe and the ease of travel with fewer people makes each day run very smoothly. The ship itself is really well cared for. Cabins look new, linens are plush and even the small bathrooms have had a recent makeover. The service by the crew was consistently positive and eager to please. The lounges and common areas are well appointed and there was plenty of space to spread out - even on our sailing which was quite full. Most of us wished that they offered more local cuisine and, especially, local wines (we were on a Croatian intensive and no Croatian wines offered which was a pity). The biggest downside: wifi. Slower than molasses and, with so many people choosing to mix work and travel, this can be a concern. Azamara has stated that they are planning to upgrade their ships in there next few months.

Wonderful way to spend our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We renewed our vows, Captain Clark was so very friendly. He and the crew made out day so very special.
White Night was amazing sailing out of Santorini at 10 pm, with the moon, stars, and great music. Can't wait to go again.

New to Azamara - Beautiful Pursuit
September
Pros: Very friendly staff; Very accommodating staff; Excellent service; Food outstanding.
Cons: Cabins are on the small size especially the bathroom/shower. Coffee shop needs to larger or offered in more than one location.
Recommended: No
The ship decor is beautiful; The layout of the ship works well. They do not have a casino on board which was no problem. The area that use to be the casino is now a nice piano lounge that is shared with the future cruise consultant, the shore excursions office, and the photo area. They did a very good job with this and it worked very well. The coffee bar was very nice but a bit too congested. If you did not sit at a table they frowned at you ordering directly from the barista which many folks just wanted to take their coffee to go. We tried to get into the specialty steak house but it was fully booked for the full cruise. We didn't mind because the staff and food was so good in the main dining room even providing some wonderful steaks. We did not go on any of the cruise lines excursions, we had made arrangements for some private car tours which suited us better for the port of call we went to. The white night was a lot of fun and the ship went all out to make this a fantastic event on board. I hope they continue to do this on future sailings. All in all I would definitely cruise on Azamara again!
