This was our 8th Viking cruise and once again it was a wonderful experience. The crew on this ship was friendly and helpful. They really seem to enjoy their work. Special favorites were Dietmar (head of house keeping), Raul and Maurice (servers in restaurant), Carl (cruise director), Milosh (bar tender), Keite (server in lounge), and many others. Fantastic crew. Our cabin was always clean with fresh towels. Everything was run efficiently. The excursions were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the Mozart/Strauss concert in Vienna and the Morwald Winery tour in the Wachau Valley. Wonderful trip. Highly recommed.

Cons: busing from remote docking, unable to get on the top deck for several days due to low bridges
