Pros: Beautful ship, terrific staff. This is a great way to see the Amazon basin.

Cons: Very noisy cabin and lounge when ship's motor was being used. Microphone system used by staff was not very good.

Recommended: Yes

Because this part of the Amazon is accessible primarily by boat. there are not as many opportunities to walk or hike. This is not a criticism just something potential customers should know. This, however, could be a good trip for someone who wants to primarily use skiffs to see the basin. We saw many, many birds. This seems to be a great trip for bird enthusiasts.
