Crew was amazing

June

Pros: The staff was amazing and rooms were very comfortable

Cons: Accounting was a mess.

Recommended: Yes

The entire staff onboard were so helpful and courteous. The food in general was good. Only complaint is trying to balance our charges and OBC easily. Their system is very confusing and convoluted! We didn't know what we owed till after the cruise checking our VISA balance at home.

Hawaiian islands

March

Pros: Fantastic itinarary

Cons: Ship dated - but going for reno may 2025

Recommended: Yes

Great way to see all the Hawaiian Islands. Excursions were very expensive. We rented a car both in Maui and Kauai. Visited haleakala volcano, blow hole, Iao monument and Baldwin beach (all in Maui), then visited Poipu beach and saw a couple of falls and Waimea canyon (not to be missed). Renting car was easy. Car rental in Maui is right across street from Port behind Whole Foods and in Kauai - took uber - but they also had shuttles to rent at airport (2miles away). Food was pretty good on board - especially breakfast buffet. Would also recommend Cagney’s for specialty restaurant. Skip the bistro (French) - not very good. Entertainment was weak and pool was small - but since every day was a different port with no sea days - it was fine.

Disappointing Ship Condition and Service

March

Pros: Rapid Embarkation/DisEmbarkation, including Port Visits

Cons: Stateroom condition, Shower Water Temperature, Stateroom Attendant

Recommended: No

This ship is old, and despite a recent upgrade, its condition is disappointing. Cabin furnishings (drawers don't close properly, balcony door issues, and lack of sufficient hot water in shower and sink were unacceptable. Cabin Steward service was almost non-existent, with frequent calls unanswered to get additional towels to fix problems like inoperable lights or remove unwanted trash. Food was average in dining rooms and buffets. Breakfast omelets were the high point--very good. Most of the employees were cordial, but many seemed indifferent to passengers. I would not recommend this ship-it is not representative of other Norwegian Cruise ships we have taken.

Michael's review

December

Pros: Great ship, great suite (with deck with hot tub and two lounge chairs), staff was very nice (with one exception below). Georgette our Butler and Chris the Concierge were great.

Cons: Day in Kona, which required tenders, was unpleasant for our daughter (my wife Kerin and I stayed on board). Our daughter was given priority boarding due to our suite, but the staff was unpleasant to her and so were the passengers who waited in line to get on board. Not a good scence.

Recommended: Yes

See above. Also, the excursions were ridiculously expensive, so we only purchased one (actually, two, but the ship cancelled the one on the day we disembarked, which was fortunate, as it would have cost over $800 for three people and we figured out a much cheaper alternative).

December

Pride of America experience

October

Pros: Embarking and disembarking were excellent, quick and efficient.

Cons: Very poor service in dining room at Skyline and Liberty at scheduled/reserved dinner times

Recommended: No

Every night we had scheduled dinners the service was very slow. Each night it took at least 2 hours or more to get the food including dessert to us. The last night it was so slow we walked out because we were tired of waiting close to 3 hours to get our completed meal. We would even try to help the servers to get drink and meal orders in order person so they could remember which food would go to who. The last meal we were seated at 5:30 and had not recieved our dessert when we walked out at 8 PM. We were hoping to make other entertainment. The ice cream in the Aloha dining room was ice milk.

Old Ship

September

Pros: Nice cruise mates and crew were pleasant

Cons: Small rooms and broom-closet sized showers. Also, not very lively. Seemed everybody went to bed by 10pm. Older crowd. Food was not very good but was plentiful.

Recommended: No

We had a great time seeing the islands and going on all the excursions. But time on the ship was pretty boring. There is no casino and the shows weren't that interesting. There is little shopping on board and hardly any variety like the big ships. The crew were pleasant but not overly so. We're use to crew that are constantly smiling, and treating us like friends/family - not so here but they weren't unpleasant just more standoffish. Also - the drinks seemed to be watered down and not fresh. We noticed a lot of premade/ready to serve drinks instead of freshly made.

Hawaiian Cruise Experience

July

Pros: Being Pampered

Cons:

Recommended: Yes

Best service & friendliness goes to Cagney’s restaurant. There we encounter a friendly & attentive waitress by the name of Merce & her manager John. Merce went out of her way to make our dining experience memorable. Constantly refilling our coffee, very personable. She made sure to greet us by using our names. It was certainly an amazing experience having her. Although we tried the other restaurants, you cannot compare the outstanding service at Cagneys. She’s really an asset to NCL Two other people I must mention was Cándido & Mauricio. These two guys took care of our suite. Room spotless, fresh towels daily plus making sure coffees, water & ice was always there. Friendly & always with a smile. Matthew Satterfield Shore Ex. Manager was friendly and patient providing us with other great trips since two of our trips were cancelled. Maria Angelica Vasquez ( service desk)was friendly & professional & clarified items that was listed on our suite statement.

Great Hawaiian Vacation

July

Pros: Staff from the ship's officers to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff were all very courteous, professional, and friendly. Onboard entertainment was excellent. Food was excellent in every restaurant.

Cons: Beds weren't stellar. Unlimited soft drink and beverage feature was a bit restrictive and difficult. Not sure it was worth the extra expense.

Recommended: Yes

If I were to do it over again I'd rethink the beverage package and just get drinks at the various ports. The cruise director was energetic but a little obnoxious with a somewhat grating voice. However, everything else was first--rate and really enjoyable. Well worth doing.

Perfect vacation

June

Pros: Variety of excursions/activities, fun staff, and free-style meals

Cons: Semi-cheesy send-off at the end of the magic show.

Recommended: Yes

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary with this cruise around the Hawaiian islands and it was magnificent! The staff was open, caring, and seemed eager to give us a wonderful experience. The stateroom was the perfect size for us and I appreciated the private balcony. The huge variety of food options - including the various themed restaurants - were amazing. There was not a single misstep in any of the meals. They were delicious. We took advantage of the beverage plan which was very convenient. I honestly don't have many complaints at all - merely suggestions. For example, on the stops that include an overnight, see if you can do a star-gazing excursion... or offer a blackout section on the ship for one evening to do some stargazing while at sea. For the islands that have one close by, a golf outing/excursion might also be a good idea. As for my "con" - and it may seem nitpicky - but the walk-out with all the employees applauding the guests just seemed a little uncomfortable. For both of us. Bottom line is that we had the best time and I would recommend this cruise to anyone... especially first-timers! (You have my permission to edit this as you see fit for posting online.)

Pride of America

April

Pros: big, spacious

Cons: layout a little confusing... more signs needed for where things located

Recommended: Yes

Very nice ship! More live entertainment at night would be good. Food presentation good, but actual taste could be improved! Organized for embarking and debarkation! Excursions all good, except the Molokini Crater and Turtle Snorkel. The Turtle Snorkel portion(location) should not have taken place that day(Sunday, April 7) The water was too choppy for snorkeling!! Saw no turtles and really struggled to get back to boat! Hard to walk on boat and eating food as water was too rough!!!

Hawaiin Island Crusie

March

Pros: It never seemed over crowed to us and the staff all seemed to be very helpful

Cons: Being the vessel was smaller than most larger boats we felt a lot of rocking and possibly due to rougher waters during that time of year

Recommended: Yes

Overall, we loved the Hawaiin Island Cruise we took with Norwegian Cruise Lines. We felt it was a better and more convenient way to visit the Islands. We did feel though the excursions we took were way overpriced and not actually worth what we did. But all in all, we feel people on the Islands make their living this way and for that reason we totally understand.

Hawaiian Inter Island Cruise

March

Pros: Staff, dining, musical entertainment, Hawaiian culture activities, ports

Cons: long waits to disembark at ports

Recommended: Yes

This was my first cruise and first trip to Hawaii. It exceeded my expectations and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The excursions that I went on were informative, although I felt that the time was too short when going to Volcanoes National Park, Haleakala National Park, and Waimea Canyon. I would have liked to have spent more time at each of these locations.

Disappointed

July

Pros: Ports, Dining,

Cons: Pre-cruise communication, set up of room, lack of service staff, no entertainment

Recommended: No

Would have liked to understand options for flights, when to book dining (by the time the letter came everything was booked), and excursions were very screwed up (the actual excursions were great). Our room was booked as a KING but set up as 2 twins. Even after we pushed them together, it took 2 days to get it made up as a king. We asked for extra blankets - never received. Had a birthday decorations/cake ordered - never received. Never once had any bartenders walking around at the common areas around the bars or the pool. Had to stand in line at the bar (with limited staff) every time. Two restaurants were closed, and the options left to book were all late. Overall, there was NO entertainment (bands and comedians don't count) as we are used to nice production shows on a cruise.

Short Staffed

February

Pros: Ability to travel to several Islands easily. Luau was extremely beautiful. Cagney's steakhouse was very good.

Cons: Short staffed and not friendly except for a few. Rooms very small. Food terrible unless you ate in specialty restaurant.

Recommended: No

We were excited to try Norwegian Cruise lines, we have gone on other lines 3 times, this was our 4th cruise. If the islands were not so beautiful this would have been a total bust. (Concurred by several couples on board) Most of the staff continually complained about working double shifts and being so tired. They did not look happy to be there. Guest services were borderline rude with the exception of one lady. Food at most of the places was frozen heat up. Only decent food was in specialty restaurants. Staff excursion member lied to us several times. Once he told us to look for volume button in our room to hear announcements and that "it must be your first cruise". We asked 3 other staff members - there was no volume button in our room. He also said "Arizona Memorial was closed as they were fixing walkway" that is why it was taken off our tour. We went to Pearl Harbor pulled our luggage off tour bus. Checked luggage in for the day ($10) and toured Pearl ourselves. We got right on the Arizona Memorial. There is also a FREE shuttle that takes you around the entire facility. Taxi to airport when we were done was $25.

Good Cruise but ship needs TLC

January

Pros: Overall cruise was excellent

Cons: Ship is older and need a lot of TLC

Recommended: Yes

This was my 2nd cruise on Pride of America. The overall experience was very good, but the ship needs help. It’s really showing it’s age. I think NCL needs to look into maybe retiring this ship and replace it with a more modern vessel. Maybe I’m just use to the newer ships on NCL but going backwards isn’t my cup of tea.

Hawaiian Island Cruise

January

Pros: Great storage for small staterooms

Cons: Very limited electrical outlets and pool areas needed updating

Recommended: Yes

I would not recommend going to Hawaii in January because of it’s very rainy and some of our excursions had to be cancelled. The ship is not luxurious, but a good value for the money for a first time visitor who wants to visit all of the Hawaiian Islands. You can only get views of the NaPali coastline from the air or water, so the cruise itinerary was perfect.

Pros: Convenient, clean, friendly for Americans, good entertainment

Cons: Older ship but being refurbished next year, limited menu in dining rooms

We enjoyed our time on this ship. It is basically a floating hotel-restaurant since the destination is the prize. This is the best way to get an overview of more than one Island. I did think that the cost was a little bit much for the age of the vessel and the service they rendered.

Cons: At the buffet, the ones in the white uniforms were not friendly,

Everything was great. Our family really enjoyed the entertainment, the cabins, and the positive atmosphere... except for the couple of instances in the buffet area. Maybe they were short handed, but they didn't like for the waiters to be friendly and talk to patrons. Told them to stop and keep working. One person told the man in white outfit he was wrong to do that! Otherwise it was a wonderful experience! And would definitely recommend to others, especially families.. Enjoyed so much..

Bucket List Trip

June

Pros: The islands, the Ship, and the excursions.

Cons: Some of the wait staff were slow. The actual ports are very industrial.

Recommended: Yes

Great cruise. Very different from a Caribbean cruise. The actual ports are very industrial.. You must plan your excursions in advance. It would be very difficult to get off the ship and just find something to do. No vendors waiting for you at the port like in the Caribbean. The only port with shopping right off the ship is Kona. Nice little beach at Kona right off the ship as well. All of the ports of call were great. Road to Hana tour in Maui was breathtaking. Snorkeling at the Molokini crater in Maui was amazing. The Volcano Park tour in Hilo was very interesting and provided great views. The Captain Zodiac Snorkel trip in Kona left us speechless from the fun boat ride to the school of dolphins and snorkeling the reef full of fish. The trip would not have been complete without the Smith’s luau. A helicopter ride in Kauai is a must and well worth the price. We really liked the ship. It is much smaller than the new mega ships but the layout is great and it was very easy to get around. Our cabin was 10172. We loved the location. The ship had lots to areas on the upper decks for viewing. Lots of different types to lounging area. There must be very few smoking areas. I did not see one smoker on the ship. Good if you are a non smoker. It was great to have a smaller crowd on the ship. No big lines or wait times for shows or restaurants. Lots of availability at the pools for deck chairs. Entertainment was good as well as the entertainment staff/cruise director and staff. There was an officer vs. guest pool volleyball game which was fun. Most of the staff were excellent. Our room steward was outstanding. All of the staff were friendly. The buffet was good. We were able to find seating for our large party without much problem. I highly recommend the outside seating at the back of the ship. There were a couple of trips to the dining room which took a really long time to get through the dining service (2 to 3 hours). Not sure if it was the wait staff or the kitchen. The food was good in all of the dining rooms that we went to. I did like that the ship had a more causal feel; very few people dressed up. Some of the bar staff were a little slow but others were outstanding. It was nice that most were American and spoke English. It was great that the Captain was American so you could understand him when he made the morning announcements.

Memorable Trip

May

Pros: Touring the islands, food, friendly staff, entertainment and the views!

Cons: longer/later pool hours, gratuity confusion

Recommended: Yes

The best way to see the islands. If I ever win the lottery I would do this again only for two weeks in a row (in the same room). NCL might consider putting a package together...buy one and get the second week for 1/2 price.

Pride of America in Hawaii

May

Pros: Very Friendly Cruise director and staff, Clean ship, Decor up-to-date, Good food options, Nice speciality dining

Cons: Cabin bathrooms are very small, outdated & door had rust at the bottom, one hot tub wasn't working

Recommended: No

We had a wonderful time on the ship in Hawaii. It was so convenient to have the ship as our home base, while we explored 4 Hawaii islands. This really is the best way to see Hawaii when you have limited time and on a budget, it's a very good value...not to say it's cheap, but if you were to visit all these islands on your own it would be more costly ,take more time and you would have to haul all of your stuff around with you. We enjoyed the shows, dining and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this cruise to other 1st time HA. visitors. This was our 1st NCL cruise and based on this experience we would go another with right itinerary.

Pros: The itinerary

Cons: Not many-would have loved to go longer!

We loved our cruise on POA. I had a 9 year old and 15 year old and they loved the kids club activities. This ship is about the ports. But it’s well decorated and clean. The food was good not over the top 5star but it was good. We had a lot of choices for restaurants. We did a lot of excursions a through NCL and it made things very easy for our trip to have it all organized. It’s a great way to really get a taste for all of the Hawaiian Islands. The shows were ok...I liked the Hawaiian Show the best. We had a balcony room for the three of us and that worked great. This exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Cabin steward and waiter we had was top notch. They took excellent care of us throughout the voyage.

I fully enjoyed my cruise of Hawaii. The Pride of America is a lovely ship. I liked that you had so many places to eat. I was disappointed in the Dining Rooms meals but otherwise the other places I ate I loved. Staff and Crew were very friendly and helpful. When we weren't on a Excursion we went to a few of the activities and the Entertainment were both Top-notch. Our Stateroom was a Balcony room and was very nice. October

Pros: We loved the Hawaiian Director that met with us each morning with a map and explained the highlights on what to see and how to get there. Hoppa On/Hoppa Off bus was only $4 pass for the day! Awesome!

Cons: Norwegian tries to overcharge for water. It's very expensive and the tiny glasses at the main dining area stay there. Once we asked for water at the pool. The waitress proceeded to first get everyone mixed drinks and returned over an hour later. It was in the 90's...rude we thought.

Recommended: Yes

The Napali Coast was incredibly beautiful. On Friday evening be ready with the camera in hand. This cruise was a great way to see the islands. We took shuttles, rented a car, and even a Harley. All very fun and beautiful. When you leave the ship, either grab some fruit or sandwich to take along. Often it's awhile before you get time to eat when out sight seeing. We basically missed 7 lunchtimes times four of us or 28 meals, yet Norwegian wanted to charge for bottled water in the room! Insane! Looked cheap!

Hawaii Vacation

October

Pros: Island hopping done in style aboard NCL's Pride of America

Cons: None

Recommended: Yes

Cruising around Hawaii is definitely the way to explore each of Hawaii's islands. With stops at each of the islands it s a wonderful way to explore each island without having to worry about flights, hotels and meals at each island. Would definitely recommend cruising around Hawaii to get the most out of a weeks vacation in Hawaii. The NCL Pride of America offers all the convenience of a home way from home. Shore excursions are a perfect way to enhance your vacation and see highlights of each island. Definitely do the helicopter tour (Maui) and luau along with the Stars and Stripes tour of Pearl Harbor and the might Mo battleship.

Cons: food, small bathroom, 2nd so called bedroom was a joke, need better shows, the baffet was uneatable

Recommended: Yes

All in all we enjoyed the islands we visited and the ship itself.. But more has to be done about the low quality of free food. The charged specialty food was fantastic and suite 9198 was really nice. But its not really a 2 bedroom suite, more like one bedroom and 2 pull out sofas. In your brochure you say 2 bedrooms which we thought we would get two full size beds. but not the case. Hawaii Cruise

April

Pros: Excellent ship, great service, excellent entertainment & food. Being a Latitudes member pays off!

Cons: Two Cons: First, the boarding process is terrible and takes way too long compared to other cruise lines. Norwegian should have a better system for embarking process at the port and second drinds are too expensive!!!

Recommended: Yes

Norwegian is an excellent cruise line with only two exceptions, their arrival and processing for arrivals the first day of the cruise at port does not flow well, people are waiting for extremely long periods of time. Some of the port service windows were not open during the embarkment process. Second the quality and cost of drinks are way over priced.

Pros: Ability to see each island without packing and repacking, entertainment, variety of dining and bar venues, ship staff

Cons: Room was fine, but shower was a challenge! Also, just getting used to crowds everywhere - both on land and on excursions

We enjoyed the cruise very much, and it certainly met, and in some cases, exceeded expectations. The shows were a lot of fun, and we participated in a number of activities such as the games and craft sessions. Pleasantly Impressed

November

Pros: Service, suite, food quality, entertainment

Cons: Excursions

Recommended: Yes

Staff was friendly, outgoing, full of Aloha, and very CS oriented. Penthouse Suite was nice, about the size of Grand Suite on RCI, with a mini bar and Lavazza coffee/espresso machine. Lanai was huge, 200+ sqft. Steward and a butler, both excellent. Butler overcame any obstacle, including dinner reservations in a specialty restaurant on the last night. Food in MDR was better than most, an accomplishment with Freestyle dining. Specialty restaurants were excellent, La Cucina (Italian) was Sarento's like, Teppanyaki was as good as Musashi in the Hyatt (my fave) with the best teppan chef I have ever observed. Cagney's Steakhouse, where suite guests get made-to-order breakfast and lunch complimentary (sesame seed crusted swordfish sandwich with ginger wasabi aioli was to die for, had it 3 times), was the only loser when it came to dinner. Great service, bad steaks, small cold baked potato. Didn't try the French restaurant Jefferson's Bistro but heard it was killer. Entertainment included "Oh what a Night" (Four Seasons with Frankie Valli cover band) was good, as was "FAbba", an Abba cover. Toby Beau, husband and wife team were good musically and nationally known, classic rock. Comedian was better in the adult show than the family show. Wine pricing was not exorbitant, and they did have a wine package not listed online, 25% off six bottle purchase. Excursions were pricey compared to what we see in the Caribbean. Overall I would recommend this, saw many kama'aina on the cruise. Will want to try NCL again.

Wonderful Experience

September

Pros: Excellent, helpful and friendly service, great accommodations, good food - all venues, entertaining shows and plenty to do.

Cons: Reservations for the specialty restaurants were a little hard to come by - but that was mainly our fault for not booking them ahead.

Recommended: Yes

The daily "newsletter" was extremely helpful. It is delivered the night before so you know what's going on and can plan your day. The crew could not have been better. We had been upgraded to the specialty restaurant plan, but we only made use of one of those restaurants because we did not book ahead. So if you plan on upgrading - make reservations before boarding. I did not realize that on one of our stops we were gong to have to use small boats to get into the dock. When I found out about this, I was a little worried because I had a bad experience in the past with this. The Pride of America did and excellent job of fairing us back and forth to the dock. Plenty of boats, not overcrowded, everyone had a seat and they came about every 15 min. My husband and I would recommend this ship to all. We had a wonderful trip that we will remember forever.

Visiting Beautiful Hawaiian Islands

May

Pros: the entire trip was a very positive adventure. The ship's personnel did everything possible to makie this cruise memorable for the passengers

Cons: Nothing stands out as a negative on this experience.

Recommended: Yes

The food on the ship was outstanding. We ate at several venues on the ship and found them all quite excellent. The entertainment was equally as good with a nice variety. The variety of excursions sponsored by Norwegian was excellent and were designed to meet the adventure needs of all passengers. I found the Hawaiian people very friendly and truly are proud of their state and diverse culture. I would say experiencing the culture was very much a learning experience and highlight. Spending three days prior to the cruise itself, allowed us to visit Pearl Harbor and the cultural center, which were definitely highlights. I can say that every day brought a new adventure, natures beauty and a new learning experience. The Grayline tour directors were especially informative and provided a great overview of the Hawaiian Islands and Hawaiian historical culture and language.

December

Pros: Lots of time spent on each island (2 overnights), nice ship, nice deck plan, cruising past NaPali Coast is incredible

Cons: Not a huge fan of the dining, it seems like the better food is to be had at the specialty restaurants which all charge a cover fee pp, it's different having a mostly American crew, we noticed the cabin stewards work specific hours and that's it,

Recommended: Yes

We chose this cruise bc it offered stops on all 4 Hawaiian islands. It's a great way to see it all. The cabins are small but there is a lot of storage room, big closet, lots of drawers. Pride of America Hawaiian Cruise

December

Pros: This was the first vacation we have taken where we had no problems with any travel or excursion connections. The tours were well run, enjoyable and informative. The Hotel and ship were excellent.

Cons: Our only comment here is that while good, the food on the tours and ship were not as outstanding as we have experienced in past travels.

Recommended: Yes

All of our tours were booked through NCL except the "Circle Tour of Oahu", which was through E Noa tours and the "Old Lahaina Luau" which we booked ourselves. All tours were very well run with very good to excellent guides. The two highlights of the trip were the "Old Lahaina Luau" and the Helicopter tour of Kaua'i. Our other tours were "Pearl Harbor and Honolulu", "the Secrets of Puna", "The Best of Maui" and "The Secret Waterfalls of Kona". The Ship activities and staff were excellent, but the food was only good. We especially enjoyed the group "Oh What a Night" who sang songs from Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Being in our 70's, we usually were tired from our daily tours and probably didn't take full advantage of the ships activities. This trip gave us an excellent overview of the state of Hawaii and we definitely would recommend it.

Hawaian Cruise Vacation

May

Pros: Beautiful ship, entertainment really top notch. Roberts' Excursion saved us money and were awesome way to experience the culture of the island.

Cons: Dining rooms not ship shape as they did not pick up empty used plates, checking back with the diner in a timely manner, allowing other diners to stand and hang over a wait high rail where we were eating. No Captain's welcome party, no turn down of sheets at night or mints on the pillows. Seafood not served in an island setting??? And one performing group in A Wonderful Night - Four Seasons except once when a young man jumped down into the audience during a song and straddled a surprised oriental lady sitting two seats down from me and humped her for 3 to 4 minutes as the group was singing!?

Recommended: No

The ship was beautiful but the food left a lot to be desired. There was little seafood which we were really anticipating. The only fish, except a serving from time to time was salmon, that was served heavily breaded and tasted like frozen fish sticks. The food served was far less in variety and taste than other cruise ships that we have experienced. The excursions were a must to make the trip memorable. Roberts Excursions offered better trips that were less expensive than those offered by the ship and had informed, personable local drivers. The last excursion driver was a lady who sang the songs that went with the musicals that were filmed at the island. What a blessing that was.

Tour the Islands of Hawaii

May

Pros: a great time to visit, before school is out

Cons: They somehow changed our onboard credit from $50. per person, to $15. per person. That is now being investigated by our travel agent.

Recommended: Yes

We enjoyed everything about the Pride of America, and it's daily ports. It exceeded our expectations, with food (we did not pay to upgraded restaurants), service, friendliness, shows and entertainment. To really appreciate the islands, it is imperative to book tours to guide you inland and be taught the history of each location. We bought a "Robert's Tours" package through our travel agent, and found them to be of high quality and comfort - not to mention less pricey than the ship booked tours.

Cons: None

From the moment of our trip confirmation until we disembarked and left Hawaii, everything was handled smoothly and effortlessly. For all we enjoyed--the food, lodging, entertainment, and great ports of call--this cruise was an exceptional value! Staff on board were friendly and helpful, and do a great job of getting people involved with the entertainment. Staterooms are cozy, as you can expect when cruising, but they are clean and well-maintained. We were too busy to experience all of the restaurant options, but we did enjoy the availability of the buffets and The Skyline restaurant.
