Serenity from Venice to Athens was serene!
September
Pros: Smaller size ship can navigate smaller ports. Smaller size means few if any lines anywhere onboard. Smaller size also means more personalized service.
Cons: The only "con" I can think of is the limited closet access in the Oceanview staterooms.
Recommended: Yes

2025 Fall Foliage Tour
October
Pros: This was our first time on the newly remodeled Senerity and Wow, what a great upgrade. The ships new hardware is wonderful, all the public seating areas have nice comfortable chairs. The top deck Palm Court is a wonderful place to meet up with friends pre or post dinner for drinks and dancing.
Cons: Some of the ports of call were smaller ports, not much to do off-ship on this itineary.
Recommended: Yes

Great experience overall
July
Pros: Excellent food quality, excellent service, 24-hour fitness center, priest on board offered Masses on the ship
Cons: Minor negative experience with specialty dining
Recommended: Yes
Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Crystal. I wish there was a quick, casual option for dinner but other than that all the amenities were on par or better than other cruise lines. Excellent staff and customer service. We did have a minor negative experience with specialty dining, but everything else far exceeded that experience.

Crystal is back
October
Pros: The Crystal personal are the best. Attitude, training, years with Crystal. Many with over 25 years with Crystal.
Cons: It's very hard to find a con. The value is so good, to nit-pic or find something to complain about should not even be on ones mind..
Recommended: No
