My review of the Carnival Liberty
October
Pros: Mongolian Grill was great. trivia games were fun, Cruise director was good at his job.
Cons: Buffet meals were so-so.
Recommended: Yes
We went on this cruise to relax and just to get away. We were not interested in any shows so cannot rate them, we do not drink so no club action for us. We usually do not eat in the main dinning room so cannot comment on it. Guys burger was good as usual as was the Mongolian Grill. Wish they would serve bacon for breakfast every morning instead of every other morning.

Pros: All food was delicious. All staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Everything was clean at all times.
Cons: See comments…….
Recommended: Yes
Our wait staff in the dining room was exceptional. Yusoef and Jennifer was so hands on and attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our kids loved them. They greeted up by name everynight. And even went at far as cutting up our kids steak. They made our experience unforgettable. Our steward, Ju was the happiest person I ever met. He greeted us anytime we seen him. Our room was always clean and tidy. Any requests we had, he made it happen. And my kids LOVED coming in every afternoon to see what towel animal Ju had for us. As for my husband he spent a lot of time in the casino. His absolute favorite dealer was Ronnie. He was personable, greeted him to the table by name. Definitely felt like playing cards with a friend. We are going to miss all these people due to the experience they provide. Felt like we were all family! *I was disappointed that my teenage son wasn’t allowed to play much basketball, due to being kicked off the court by late teens and early 20 year olds to play until they said they were done and allowed the other kids to play. Which everyday ended up being the last 30 minutes before closing. *I also feel that the bubbles package should cover bottles of water and Gatorade as well as soda. *I was also disappointed in the pools. All drunk adults were in the “kids area” while maybe a handful of adults were actually in the adult pool.

Pros: Everything was amazing
Cons: Couldn't find ping pong equipment. Would prefer fresh water pool.

The staff was amazing and they worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. JohnnieB in the Silver Olympian was our server and he was incredible! Claudia was our tour guide in Cozumel on the Unforgettable city tour with a heartfelt twist and she was the BEST!!

Great Trip, Great Ship
March
Pros: Great value and great trip
Cons: None
Recommended: Yes
An older, but well kept ship. Food and entertainment, and room were all wonderful. Enjoyed the comedy shows, Bingo, Casino, and lounging on the sundecks. Dinner in MDR was outstanding. Will definitely sail with Carnival again, and would sail on Liberty if given the chance.

The Cruise Journey 6/19 - 6/23 23
June
Pros: Very welcoming and professional service even in the face of challenges of travelers. Our Stateroom Attendant(KOMANG) was very aware our needs. Thanks. He did an excellent job maintaining rm # 1329 as though it was his own. Very personable and remembered my name/sister.
Cons: Disembarking was a challenge in that the procedures we were drilled especially on the process. However, we disembarked even though the staff in the Luggage area were not fully preparded.
Recommended: Yes
Overall, everything was fantastic especially the planned activities and I hope to come aboard again one day in the future.

Pros: Crew is great.
Cons: It was pretty much like Victory
Recommended: Yes
We had a rough ride. Not the fault of anyone. Crew was very fun always. I had a better time on Liberty than I did Victory.
